Education
We educate future security professionals with the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking required to tackle the complex challenges of emerging cyber threats.
Thesis Supervision
We give motivated students the opportunity to work on their theses under the supervision of a laboratory advisor. The goal of the thesis is to introduce students to the breadth of tasks involved in independent work – problem analysis, experimentation, programming, writing, and presenting. If you are interested in working with us and having your thesis supervised, please contact the corresponding lab member.

VV080 – Practical and Interdisciplinary Cybersecurity with Google.org
This course provides a foundational understanding of cybersecurity and digital hygiene, reinforced through practical exercises and real-world applications. Emphasizing both technical and soft skills, it prepares students to design and implement cybersecurity interventions tailored to the needs of local communities. The course is offered in partnership with Google.org within the Czech Cyber Security Seminars project.
Extracurricular and Outreach Activities
We develop and test educational activities for the Czech National Cybersecurity Competition “Kybersoutěž”, as well as provide summer school training to the best participants in preparation for the European Cyber Security Challenge.
We cooperate with high schools in the Czech Republic and host student internships focusing on practical problem-solving.
